New wood. Apply a coat of POLIGLASS varnish diluted 50-100% with Thinner 203 or a coat of EVIOX CROMOMINIO diluted 30-40% with Thinner 107. Allow to dry for 8-12 hours and after sanding apply 1-2 coats of POLIFOND and over paint with the chosen finish.
Already painted wood. If the previous finish was epoxy or polyurethane and in good condition, sand and apply 1-2 coats of POLIFOND and paint over with the chosen finish; otherwise completely remove the old paint and proceed as indicated for new wood.
