Skipper’s Line Epofond AM-9
Satin coating for iron, aluminum, light alloys, wood, plastic and concrete. Used as a primer or undercoat in nautical cycles, it is also suitable for flooring and for tanks containing oils, naphtha, kerosene and soda solutions. It develops a non-toxic film that can be overpainted with chlorinated rubber, acrylic and polyurethane products, providing an anchoring base and a long-lasting anti-corrosion barrier.

Very flexible filler applicable in a single pass. Its low specific weight makes it possible to contain the weight of the product applied to the painted product. Widely used in painting cycles for boats, it tolerates very high temperature changes without problems of sagging, loss of thickness or application difficulties. This grout is the result of in-depth research and testing in direct contact with professional applicators which have allowed us to develop this highly qualitative product.

High thickness satin epoxy coating, suitable for all types of substrates, recommended as a preventive osmosis treatment on fiberglass boats. The advantage of obtaining thicknesses from 100-150 microns dry per coat allows to reduce the processing costs related to the application. Overpaintable with chlorinated rubber, epoxies, polyurethanes for anticorrosive cycles of excellent quality and duration. Of exceptional chemical resistance and resistance to the marine environment both in the atmosphere and in immersion.

Skippers Line Epozinc 2C
Two-component epoxy coating formulated with a high metallic zinc content. It is applied as a primer on sandblasted substrates in protective painting cycles for metal structures subject to immersion in water or to atmospheric exposure. Also used as a primer for cold galvanizing. The product must necessarily be applied within 6 hours of sandblasting. The product resists up to temperatures of 250 ° C when dry.
