High thickness satin epoxy coating, suitable for all types of substrates, recommended as a preventive osmosis treatment on fiberglass boats. The advantage of obtaining thicknesses from 100-150 microns dry per coat allows to reduce the processing costs related to the application. Overpaintable with chlorinated rubber, epoxies, polyurethanes for anticorrosive cycles of excellent quality and duration. Of exceptional chemical resistance and resistance to the marine environment both in the atmosphere and in immersion.

CompareSteel. Sandblasting to SA 2.5 grade is recommended. If this is not possible, the substrate must be perfectly clean, dry, degreased and free from rust and / or calamine and mechanically abraded. On epoxy or polyurethane primers or galvanizers apply a coat of EPOFOND HB, then 1-2 coats of POLIFOND followed by the chosen finish.
New galvanized steel. The substrate must be dry and perfectly degreased. Apply a coat of EPOFOND HB.
Already painted galvanized steel. Remove any traces of rust by abrasive. The surface must be dry and perfectly degreased. Apply a coat of EPOFOND HB.
Fiberglass.The substrate must be dry, well degreased and slightly abraded. Apply a coat of EPOFOND HB.
Concrete. The substrate must be clean, dry, seasoned, free from easily detachable friable particles, efflorescence and release oils. Apply a coat of EPOFOND HB.
